Embassy Review : |
Very smoothly. The officer took the sealed envelope and asked a few questions including what’s my fiancé’s name, what does he do etc. he checked the documents and reminded me the terms of the visa, then congratulated me. Then I’m officially in the US! 😊 |

Hi Rmcinak,
Thank you very much =)
Be patient and good luck! For now, you need this. as soon as the case arrives NVC, the process will move faster.
Let me know when you get packet 3 =)
I’d like to ask when did you pay the visa fee to the HK embassy? Before or after you got the Packet 3?

After you get the packet 3. There will be instructions to login on their wedsite, then get a receipt to pay for it.

May I ask how much was the medical fee in HK?
It depends... about HKD4000
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
