Hi there, we're in a similar situation as you guys. Any idea when will the AOS interview come?
KEVINHYEON on 2020-12-24 said:
Hi, not sure yet. Still the status is same which is ready to be scheduled for an interview. No update since then.

Still the same status? Mine hasn't changed.

Congrats on the interview! How did u guys found out that you will be getting a letter? Did you get an email?

Hey guys..i see that you got the mail on 2/25 but interview was scheduled 3/26. Was this the original date that you guys got? I am a bit surprised that the interview was scheduled a month out!
KEVINHYEON on 2021-02-26 said:
Correct, that’s the schedule we got from USCIS. Talked to some people before and 1 month notice is common. Hope this helps to you guys!

thanks! we still haven't gotten the letter in mail yet. Our AOS NOA date was just 4 days after yours so I wonder if our letter got lost. Did the case status on USCIS website also update at the same time you got the letter?

We got the mail 1wk later after USCIS status update. It can be based on where you are, hope you receive it soon.

Congrats you guys!! Hope we receive our case update soon on USCIS website. Did you guys do anything to call USCIS to expedite your process? Our AOS NOA was 1/14/2020, but still no update on interview.
KEVINHYEON on 2021-04-01 said:
No, we never called to USCIS for expediting or sent email. I asked to interviewer if there is any way to expedite the process while interview, he said there is no any other way but just waiting. Also he commented it is getting faster nowadays. And he added hiring lawyer can not even make it expedited. I think it is depends on city where you live. Hope you guys receive the interview notice very soon!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
