GraandTim on 2019-07-08 said:None still waiting, I called them this morning and after the 33rd try they finally answered and were pretty rude. The guy said to wait until August 26 I asked him why so long but he had no information at all. I’m just praying we’ll get something by the end of this week.

GraandTim on 2019-09-14 said:Yes I got an email from them last night, they received my case yesterday.... FINALLY!!!! But they said it takes about 2 weeks for them to review the case and assign a case number, more waiting.
