we got approved last year but got denied by the embassy so they needed a waiver because we applying two times within a two years and the second one is the passport photos they needed another one,

It was about my previous marriage which was void and i did not have my paper work for proof so they had to send it back to uscis for review but my petition expired while it was on waiting and we had to do it all over again with an annulment in hand. .
