Hello. It looks like my I 130 was received 2 days after yours. I will be following your timeline to see if. I hope your process goes smooth. This is my first time and I pray my wife and I have a short and smooth experience.

Thanks. I hope all goes well with yours. Did you use a service to help prepare things for you? I am planning on resubmitting my petition to avoid errors

Why would you resubmit your petition if it’s already approved?

Have you filed K3 along with IR1/CR1??
blank avatar Ash2019 on 2019-08-26 said:
Yes, k3 was filed, but i130 was accepted before i129f. Sunshine106 I resubmitted my petition when I did not attach supporting documents.

May I ask when was your I-129f submitted? We submitted last month on the 12th because we are not against it being approved but nothing yet...congrats on your approval though

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
