Congratulations! Did you get an email from NVC or did they mailed something? Just curious. Thanks!

Same question! How did you find out NVC received?

I called NVC office. They confirmed they'd received our case on May 23.

What number did you call? The number we have called, we get a prompt saying all customer service agents are busy and to try later... But not matter what time of day we call same message

I called 603-334-0888. Every time I've called, I did so at 9am, right when they open. I was never on hold for more than 10 minutes, and a person came and very pleasantly helped me.

I tried many times before I was put on the long hold time 30+ minutes. I used 603-334-0700 which would be the correct number for immigrant visas. Monday's and Tuesdays were bad, other days are better. Friday after 6pm was good too. Their office is on EST 9am to 9pm. Just keep trying. Good luck!

K1 is a nonimmigrant visa. Call the number I called right when they open (9am EST).

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
