Hello, Congratulations!!! I'm in the UK too and the I-129F was filed at the end of December. Did you meet your fiancee online like I did? Because I heard that meeting them online makes an RFE more likely. Thank you and best wishes!

Hi, thanks! I met her when I was out in the US. I think it looks to be a bit of a lottery as to whether you get an RFE for meeting online but I read somewhere (although it was just anecdotal evidence) that it's a bit less common to get an RFE for this than it used to be for the commonly used sites. I'm sure you'll be fine!

Hello there. I see our timelines are similar and was wondering if you called/emailed the NVC for the case number of simply received a letter in the mail? Thank you for any information and best of luck on your journey! (:

Hi, I still haven't received anything in the mail about it yet but I just called them up. I called once a week and eventually they had received it. Some people seem to get theirs two weeks after NOA2 but for others it can be a bit longer. Definitely give them a call today and see what they say!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
