Embassy Review : Interview was scheduled for 1pm , got there like half 12 but was not able to stand in front of the embassy until quarter to 1. At five to 1 a young lady came outside and ask for our interview confirmation letter and our passport to verify. when I entered the building security checked my bag and I walked through the scanner and proceeded to the receptionist who gave me a folder with a list of documents in the front of it that is to be placed in the folder. sat for about 15 minutes and was called to window 1. A lady sat behind the window she asked for the folder and took out what she needed and gave me back what she did not need. she verified the address I was going to in the US with me. she asked when last I spoke to my husband, and if he ever sponsored any 1 before, she also asked if I had proof of my relationship with me, I said yes and she said ok. she then told me to go back to the waiting room and wait to be called to window 2 for my interview. I waited for approximately 45 minutes then I was called. The interviewer was an American guy who was very nice. He asked 1. how did you guys meet? 2.when did the relationship start to blossom ? 3.what do you like about your husband? 4.how often does he come to see you? 5.do you have pictures? 6. he said I see there is an age gap between you both how do you feel about that? and that was it, questions I had in my mind he did not even ask it was not bad at all.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
