Been 3.5 months since Biometrics and nothing more from USCIS. 9/16: Had a call with Tier 2 IO. Biometrics taken on 5/23, and request for interview sent to SF office on 5/25. IO sent a Service Request to the National Benefits Office requesting update. Should get update in two weeks. 9/29: Notice for interview created on ELIS, but unable to download. Called USCIS and they provided me with the interview date...YAY!!!
