Event Description
Review Date : October 24, 2016
Embassy Review : Hello everyone! Our long awaited journey has finally come to an end and I am sure all of yours will come to a positive end as well.

My husbands interview was October 6th. He went it did his biometrocs etc. Was called for the window 12 and was asked questions by the CO. he asked him 2 questions only and didnt look at any proof we sent.

He asked: How long have you been in Abu Dhabi?
And where is your wife?

I am living with my husband currently and they were concerned about my domicile and asked to provide proof of HOW i intend to reestablish my domicile so he gave my husband a 221g temporary denial until we can prove my domicle and i also filled out the wrong i864. I filled out i864a it should have been i864.
My husband asked if he can give him an example of how to show domicle. The CO said for example a job offer letter, or emails with daycares on how you plan on enrolling your daughter.

On october 11th my husband brought back the filled and completed i864 along with my proof of domicle. I gave them my job offer letter notarized, a notarized letter from my mom stating that we will be staying with them until we find our own home, day care enrollment application form completed, emails betweem me and a lender giving steps on how i will qualify for a home loan when we move back to america. The emails were from the summer., emails between me and my husband on a search for homes since summer time, credit card statements, savings account statements, my insurance liability card and my active tmobile number.

We waited and waited finally today, October 24th our case status on ceac changed from ready to administrative processing and within 15 minutes i checked back and it was changed to ISSUED!!!

Thanks so much Visa Journey for all of your help and support. Good luck to everyone and any questions feel free to send me a message

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
