POE Review: Atlanta
Event Description
Entry Date : 2015-05-13
Embassy Review : Came to visit my partner for the first time on the VWP. The visit is for three months so I was worried they would ask for lots of proof to my home country.

I waited in line for about 2 hours as 2 large flights had just got in.

I got asked who I was visiting, what the purpose of the visit was, what my job in England was (I'm unemployed), What my partners job in the US is (he's also unemployed). At this point I expected them to ask for a lot of proof of ties. Instead I just got asked if I could support myself while I was over in the US, I said yes and reached to get my bank statement. The guard said the statement wasn't needed, and he stamped my passport. Honestly about 200x easier than I thought it would be. Fingerprints and photo were taken.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
