Comments : AT LAST !! Online and emailed approval of I 129 F received 25 June 2004 (NOA 2). Just over 7 months since NOA 1, including RFE.
RFE was for a UK Government Certification/Legalisation of our perfectly normal Church-issued UK Marriage Certificate. We had no idea that this was a requirement.
I-130 transferred from TSC to CSC Sept 2004. Approved on Sept 21st !
