    | Comments : | We just filled our I-130 in the dominican Consulate. It was pretty easy and fast. Just make sure you have all the documents require, so they don't turn you around. The days in which they accept this pettiotions are tuesday and thursday until 11:00AM
We summit the forms I-130, G-325, one for each of us, and a G1145 so they send us the notice of approval online.

Everything needs to be translate. We summit the birth certificate of my husband and our marriage certificate, those had to be inextensa and legalize. Photocopies of our passport, and my certificate of naturalization. We also send a letter from our bank stating that we have a bank account together, a proof that I am under my husband health care employment benefits, our house rent lease, which is under both our names, and two bona fide of marriage from our friends stating that they have knowledge that our relationship is base in love. this was done by a notary, and send to cancilleria.

So know lets see how long it takes for them to send us the approval. We are looking to move to the USA, by January 2015.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
