Embassy Review : My husband arrived @6:30am interview apointments at 7:30am. At 7:30 they request a line for immigrant and non immigrant visa. He was called to the first window after about 45 minutes. The nice lady reviewed his documents and told him to have a seat back in the waiting room. He waited another 35 minutes went into a room. Realized when my husband applied for a b1 a year ago he was the same agent that denied it b4. The guy recognized him immediately and stated we meet again and begin to laugh. Very nice guy. He asked him to do the oath asked how we met, when we met and asked to see our wedding pictures. He stated congratulated mr....... Your are approved. Was very easy, my husband wasn't even nervous. He even advised him of some places to visit when arrives in the U.S.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
