A long morning, but knew what to expect from advice here, and other sites, plus the US Embassy's YouTube clips helped :-D
No complaints, the system works, especially with so many people going through each day, and the staff I had to talk to were all friendly and polite :-)
I'd recommend you wear layers, as it was quite warm with all those people in one room :-D
