Comments : AHHHH! Yay! My husbands appointment was at 8am and he was let in at 10 till 8. He was called up to the first person he spoke with who collected the tax return information and told him everything was in order and to go have a seat and wait until he was called again. He was called up to an american lady who put him right at ease and just began having a friendly chat with him. She said he was approved and after she said that my husband offered over the photo album I put together so she could look at it. Lol, AFTER we were already approved. So she sat and looked through all the pictures of our hikes, our wedding photos, etc and then he went and paid for his visa delivery and was done! He was in there for 90 minutes and said it's easy and no big deal. I am so happy! I get to see my husband again in a few days after being away for nearly 6 months!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
