Event Description

Embassy Review : My appointment was originally meant to be at 10am but the lovely miss B emailed me to ask if I could come at 9am instead! I was more than happy to. I've actually been here several times with my daughter for a cbra and so I knew they had lockers. I arrived 10 mins early with my packet of evidence and went through security then paitently waited.

They first take your finger prints and passport and then you are sent back in line to wait. There were a few k1 visa applicants there that day it seemed.

I was called up after about a 15 min wait so not long at all and then she asked tfor my oath of truth. After that is was
How did you meet?
Why did it take you so long to get engaged? (We have been together 8 years)
What does he do?
What do I do?
What are our marriage plans?
Where are we going to live?
You have a little one? She keeps your busy?

After that she flipped through my file and noticed my medical wasn't there! Ugh. She said not to worry and everything looked fine she will chase up on medical and then they can move forward. She handed me a slip on spousal rights and that was it!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
