Comments : Probably the easiest part of the entire process. They forgot to take his medical records and emailed him the same day, then called again to ask for something else and that night the status changed to approved and next day to issued. Could not believe it! Nevertheless, it took a week to get the passport with visa in it…

Questions:

When last time we saw each other? (based on the many advice on VJ, I flew to be with him and gave him my passport to take to consulate)

Embassy Review : My fiancé said it was easy and smooth. Some belligerent person tried to scam him out of the interview line and made him an entire hour late by telling him he needed this and that for the consulate but luckily my fiancé finally understood and arrived an hour late. They still interviewed him thanks god and he was approved on the spot. So watch out for liars in the queue other wise, smooth process. They didn’t look at what he brought but what they already had on us. Only took the I-134 from packet (later called him back for the medical stuff they had left in the folder but that didn’t delay anything) ?. javascript:emoticon('')

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
