Embassy Review : My fiancé had his interview today and we were approved!! 🥰🥰 the person didn’t say exactly approved but he kept my fiancés passport and said he would receive it shortly after he puts something in it.
They literally asked him 4-5 simple questions. It was a smooth process and we were both overthinking but we had everything ready and they were even joking with my fiancé lol. They had all our evidence from the original packet and seemed overwhelmed after looking at it haha.
Moral of the story is don’t overthink, just have all your documents ready!

Hi, Our case was also received by the embassy on the 30th I can see you already have the appointment booked does this mean I can just book the medical and interview without waiting for any letter from the embassy? Thanks.

Hi! Yes I would if you have all your paperwork ready! I’m in a group K-1 UK Visa Crew on Facebook and many said they never received their welcome letter. I also don’t have the welcome letter so that’s exactly what I did. My fiancé booked his medical first for 4/13 and then he has his embassy interview on 4/27. All they ask for when booking your medical is your NVC case number and leave 7-10 business days between the medical and embassy interview. As for the embassy interview scheduling, you just need to fill in the DS-160 and then keep that application number and include it when booking your interview.

I do not have facebook. Thanks for confirming. I booked my medical for the 28th first available and interview for the 12th of May. I was confused about this letter but apparently most people don’t get it. All documents pretty much ready now. Hard to believe we are finally so close after all the wait.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
