It was sent on 9/17/03. We heard nothing further. We inquired many times. On 7/13/04 we went to the office and were told security clearance was back but the officer has held the file in her office for no reason. The officer at the counter has forwarded it to the hearing officer\'s supervisor. We contacted our local congressman who got right on it. I was finally approved on 7/27/04.
