Comments : POS Embassy Review:-

Arrived at the embassy for my 7:30am interview at about 6:45am and waited in my vehicle until 7:15am to go join the line outside of the embassy.
Outside the embassy were two workers with iPads confirming your appointment based on your interview letter from NVC. I was told which line to join and followed suit.
Upon entry the security would conduct their checks and let you proceed to the reception area where the person there would take your interview letter and give you a file to place all the documents needed for processing of the visa into in a specific order as listed on the front of said folder. I was instructed to have a seat on the blue chairs and I then
I waited for about 35 minutes to be called into the immigrant visa area to verify my documents. The lady doing this asked a couple questions took my original documents and copies (all copies were returned) and then I was asked to go back outside and wait on the blue chairs.
At about 9:05am I was called in for my interview with the CO and he was a very pleasant guy. Took my finger prints and I took the oath and then he asked me about 10-12 questions very informal and conversation like, asked to see other evidence of the relationship and I showed him a lot of pictures (I had emails and flight stubs as well but the pictures alone sufficed). He handed me back my original documents as I was answering questions and then asked what would I miss about home the most and then handed me a paper stating I was approved, one on removal of conditions and one on abuse and immigrant rights and that was it. Collected passport a week later.

POE Review: JFK
Event Description
Entry Date : 2020-03-17
Embassy Review : POE was very smooth. JFK was very empty in terminal 4 (COVID-19 travel ban perhaps) I asked a worker which line I should go to and she directed me to a CBP officer who then signaled me to go to another line (cannot remember if it was for US citizens or visitors) But I went to booth #31 pleasant guy took my finger prints and picture and then escorted me to secondary to finish processing and he added my passport to a yellow plastic file and I was told to wait until I hear my name. I sat for approximately 30-35 minutes and then my name was called passport was returned, was told to “enjoy” and I was on my way no questions asked.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
