Embassy Review : The interview 16.Mar.2016

Well, as the others said regarding the first and second windows, same questions, security check.. etc.

In general, all the staff are nice in the embassy, including the security guards.

Now golden call for the main interview in window 12

A young gentleman, he was so polite and with welcome face.

The questions, which all of you are waiting for

- how long you have been here in UAE
- what year you got married
- where do you live
- what do you work
- where your wife live ?

All the time he was writing data in computer with smile, and looking in the documents as well.

In the end he gave me back my passport with blue sheet.
he marked 2 things and asked me to provide it to complete the documents
-- the AOS requires proof of US citizen or permanent residence, my wife sister was our sponsor, and she submitted the BC as proof of her citizenship.

Well the CO says it must be a PASSPORT COPY if the sponsor or co sponsor is a US citizen, or a green card copy if the sponsor or co sponsor is a PR.

2- proof of domicile, since my wife lives with me here in UAE he wants proof of intending to move to US.

on Sunday 27/Mar/2016 I have brought to embassy the missing documents here they are :
1- Copy of my CO sponsor's passport
2- A statement of my wife that we are moving to USA by July or August.
3- emails between my wife and the voting center in US that my wife is going to vote in new county.
4- A letter of my friend says that we are welcome to live with them ( in their home for free)
5- copy of my wife valid driving license.

When I dropped the documents to the CO on the 2nd window not asked any question, he just pass me a white paper says to come on Thursday to collect my passport if the documents are right , he took my passport and the documents.

on Tuesday 29, I saw the website ceac says the visa is ISSUED ( THANKS GOD)

On 31.03.2016, went to embassy and got the passport with the visa in and the packet

So simple and easy , no need to worry, if you are CR1 / IR1 it is almost done, your visa in NVC was approved and that almost gives the CO indication that it is 90 % approved !!

Just be your self in the interview, you are married, and you love your wife / husband, god will make it happen, he wants you to be together, if you really love each other and not fake it !!

any question you can ask me

Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
