My husband traveled from Santiago, Dominican Republic to JFK- New York. When he landed at JFK and went through port of entry they said asked him to which address he was staying , if the immigrant fee has been paid for and then informed him that he will be receiving his green card in mail at the address he provided. He said officer was nice and congratulated him.
