Only giving a 1 as there was a confusion with my application. Due to Covid my USCIS application had technically expired and I was questioned if the consulate had told me the last day I could enter the country. I was moved into a seperate office and after a couple agents discussed the issue they said my visa was still valid and my application didn't effect it. They sent ladies to pick up my bags from the carousel and were very nice despite the confusion.
