My fiance came to visit me in the US about a month after we had received our NOA-1. She came with a copy our I-129 packet, a letter from her French notary that she owned a company in France, and also that she still owned property there as well. After using the kiosk at customs, she went up to the window and the officer asked her why she was visiting (vacation) and who she was visiting (her fiance). No further questions and no request for documents. Her passport was stamped and she was on her way.
