I made my POE through YVR.
Arrived at customs and was quickly led through to secondary processing room. It was approximately 430AM (I had a 645AM flight to Minneapolis, connecting to Grand Rapids, MI)
The officer was initially very serious, and upon reviewing my sealed packet, seemed quite confused/concerned that there was no 'medical info' in it. He asked me if I answered any medical questions when I did my initial visa application. I explained that we had used a lawyer, and that I had a full medical exam with the panel physician Dr Cheema once my interview date had been scheduled, as per the instructions given by NVC. I gave him the unsealed envelope from Dr Cheema's office which had my vaccination record and the cd with my xrays. He kept asking me about the medical exam information, and I explained that Dr Cheema's office gave me a sealed envelope which I provided to the consulate in Montreal when I went for my interview. He then said he needed to check with somebody and wandered off. My anxiety levels increased exponentially the longer he was gone!
After about 5 minutes he returned and asked me to wait over by the seating area. FINALLY he called me back over and said he needed me to come to do fingerprints. He said nothing more about the medical info issue, and I didn't ask! Once in the fingerprint room (yes, they do it with real ink) he lightened up considerably and made a couple jokes about himself personally. Once he finally got the print he wanted (took 4 tries) we went back to the counter area and I signed the form acknowledging that I had to apply to remove conditions 90 days prior to my I551 expiry date. I asked him if I needed any other forms for my moving company so that they could begin to transport my goods, and he said no, just the CR-1 stamp in my passport next to my visa was enough. He welcomed me to the US and I carried on to my gate. Total processing time was probably a half hour or so.
