Aside from taking FOREVER to pass through immigrations (they had an issue with their computer system and this held up the line for a long while) customs at Dulles was overall a good experience. They asked for the envelope processed the papers, said you have three months to get married and welcome to the USA! Very quick process once they got the technical difficulties sorted out!
