POE process at Dulles International airport went smoothly for my fiance. The plane arrived 5:30am, before the schedule time of 6:11am. He told me they had to wait until 6am until the immigration officers began duty. He was asked How we met and when we would get married. They also asked what he had in his luggage? The whole process was less than 30 minutes after they deplane, because I arrived when the plane was to arrive and I did not wait more than 5 minutes when he came out pushing his 3 suitcases. :-)
