Overall it went well and better than I anticipated.
The line wasn't very long to get to the first CBP officer. He only took fingerprints of 4 digits of right hand and a picture. The first officer took my passport and envelope and told me to wait for a second officer to bring me in a separate room. Then another officer just handed me back the passport with the I-94 asking only if I came in the USA before. He then notified me that I had 90 days to marry and that I needed to AOS and said best wishes and good bye.
The total process from passing the plane door to having my passport back was about 30min.
