Chicago was a bad idea. They entered my husband's DOB wrong and it caused major problems for us trying to get his SSN and file AOS. The field office even refused to correct the mistake made at POE, even though its all the same system. POE also did not register my husband for NSEERS and that also caused problems at AOS. Avoid Chicago if at all possible.
