Vasya arrived at Dulles Int'l Airport on March 19, 2009.
When he received his packet from the US Embassy in Moscow, it was torn and somewhat damaged. We were really worried about US officials thinking that he'd tampered with it or something.
However, upon his arrival and handing over his packet to the immigration officials, he said they seemed not to care. They hardly looked or talked to him, and instead were joking among themselves about something completely off subject.
So, it was very easy. Everything went smoothly and quite fast. No problems here to report!
