Took about 15 minutes in total including the queuing 
I was dealt with by the immigration officer at passport control. He opened the package and checked through the forms. Only comment he made was that the London embassy hadn't filed them in any sensible order. He took my fingerprints and photograph, then he stamped my passport, crossed through my visa and stapled my I-194 inside with "admitted solely to marry fiance name" on the back.
Very polite and stress free.
