My fiance (USC) and I went through the immigration line for foreign passport together. I submitted my passport and the brown envelope from the embassy. After fingerprints and photo were taken, the immigration officer took us to a room. We waited for about 15-20 minutes until another officer called us. Before she gave me my passport back, the officer asked if we already had a wedding date, and reminded us that we had three months to get married and would need to get more paperworks done afterwards. That was all... quick and painless!
