We had a long wait, and clearly because there were many people waiting on immigration officials ahead of us (appeared to be mostly Asians waiting for entry under work visas). After two hours, they called us because apparently Customs recognized that we would be late for our flight on seeing our baggage and sent someone up. They rushed us through at that point, without any problems, and very cordial, but unfortunately we were still too late for our connection.
I rated them "fairly easy" because no harrassment, but they were clearly understaffed the day we were there.
