I take my hat off to the guys at LAX. Very professional and courteous. I was moved out of the Non-citizens line to the Citizens line and processed very quickly. The gentleman took my passport, did the biometrics, reviewed my documentation pack in under 10 minutes. All the while he addressed me as Ma'am. I wasn't taken to a separate room or questioned at all. After he completed the processing he said "welcome to the United States, may it go well" with a smile on his face. There was ZERO harassment; ZERO intolerance; ZERO rudeness. My first experience on US soil was great and left a lasting impression
