I entered at Peace Arch - Blaine WA. I waited about 30 minutes in the car line until I reached a window .. I told the guy I was activating a K-3 visa and was directed to park my vehicle and enter the building.
I walked into the building and was met by my sweetie who had the world's largest, cheesiest, most patriotic bouquet of balloons and flowers EVER ... I then waited about 10 minutes. The border guard that processed my case was OK, not overly friendly and not a jerk but was difficult to understand. He didn't have any particular accent but mumbled a lot ... I really didn't have to answer any questions or do much other than hand him my paperwork. He passed off my case to another guy once I said I had a vehicle to import. The second guy was super friendly. He looked at my letter from Ford .. I actually think I could have got away without it, once I said I had a ford he said .. oh yea, made in the USA. He asked for the approximate value and that was it.

I was then free to go.

As I walked out of the building to my vehicle I saw the first guy who had done the K-3 part .. he and his crony made some totally stupid comment about how I was now going to vote for Clinton. This understandably angered me as 1) I can't actually vote, 2) it was implied that I would vote for Clinton just because I was a) female and b) Canadian ... GRRR .... but I of course kept it shut and just got in my car and drove off.

Overall this was a piece of cake.
