Officer was polite, processed both of us together. It looked like there was only the plane we were on that was going thru at the time so the wait was short. He asked if Thi had any children, and processed her brown visa envelope. I forgot to ask about EAD. Had to be screened by customs since we checked that we had brought back food items. They didn't open any of our bags but did run them through the xray machine. I guess shrimp, dried squid,cashews, mushrooms and green bean are ok. They were the only non processed foods we brought with us besides coffee and tea. Only other food was jackfruit chips. They seemed to more interested in what food we brought than her visa. The longest wait for our bags and getting screened by the xray machine.
