My fiance went to the foreign visa line on the left side because we didn't see the "new immigrant" line on the far ride side. No matter though because all officers know what to do I am assuming. She was at the window for less than 10 minutes and never had to go to another room. The officer asked her if she was 100% sure she wanted to get married as a joke. Very easy, very friendly, very fast.
