If it's wet take an umbrella as you have to wait in line outside first before being granted entry. No ELECTRONICS/PHONES allowed. You must have your passport, appointment letter and Visa Payment form with you or they will not let you in.
Once inside expect a wait, a long wait. The first time you get called is to go through your paperwork. The next time you get called is for interview. Both of these things are held at little booths, like bank tellers. Just be yourself, try not to worry and it should all be fine.
The guy who did my interview was really nice and friendly and it was a quick and relatively pain free process. After being told I had been approved I went to the courier desk to pay for (£16-£37) and arrange what time of day I wanted my passport with visa stamp to be delivered. And that was it...I was in for about 3 hours and spent 15-20 minutes of that doing visa stuff, the rest was waiting!! Like I said, expect a wait...bring a book.
