My wife arrived to the Embassy at about 6:30 AM for her 8:30 AM Interview Appointment. As many people have previously described in their reviews, she went to line 3 which is for immigration and was asked to show the Interview letter along with her passport to let her in. Following this, she was instructed to turn off her cell phone/electronic devices and the she went through some sort of security check point (somehow like the ones you find at an US airport). Not to long after she was given a green sticker with a big number 3 on it and then she was called by a Colombian lady who asked her for the medical results, passport and photos. She then did some sort of like a pre-interview in which basically she confirmed her name, place and date of birth, how long she has been married and who was petitioning her.
she also asked my wife for her email address and she looked it her up in the CSC site (which is a website you have to register for to arrange for the delivery of your visa) and she said: Wow! You're already registered and good to go! ... LOL! (Hubby had previously learned on VJ that you had to register on this site, so we had already done our homework ahead of time).
Then she told my wife to have a seat and that she would be called shortly.
Exactly at 8:30 AM she was called to window 6 where she was greeted by another nice and smiling lady. She asked her in Spanish: So how are we doing today? then she asked basically 3 questions (again in Spanish):
1) When did you maried?
2) What is your husband's name?
3) Have you ever been in the United States?
And then she asked a second time: Are you sure?
After this she said: Your Visa has been approved and have a wonderful day. Your visa will be available for pick up in about 2 weeks!!
