We where called to window (22) with that same african american lady.She swore us in and asked if i speek spanish and i told her a little and my fiance told her she speaks a little english. so she asked well how do you communicate if you don't speak the language i told her that we've grown to understand eachother and what we don't we use option such as google translate Etc..So she asked me if i've ever been convicted of a crime and i told her (DWLR)Driving while licence revoked and i had that on my police report wich she never even looked at..Then she asked me" So you never been in trouble with the law?" And before i can respond she asks what about this kidnapping charge? I said you asked if i ever been convicted of a crime and i answered you. ( By the way it was a charge of 2nd degree kidnapping wich if she knew the law means that you moved a person from one place in your house to another) So she asked me to explain so i told her my ex-wife lied and told the police that and she later dropped the charges. She asked if i had proof that the charges where dropped and i said no is it not in front of you?( If i was CONVICTED it would have been on my police report or atleast should have been on her paper work) So she asked about how we met and i told her thru the internet and she didn't believe that or any of the other questions she asked BEFORE she even asked them,,Going by her attitude, facial expression and body language. In the end she denied us and for the followind reasons(1)Because i was INVOLVED in smuggling.(2)She said i submitted false material information. She believed that our application was for immigration purposes only. She also said something about because i was filing for Fiances son (7)yrs old that i was trying to traffic a minor(WOW) Thats whenit hit me that she had NO CLUE what 2nd degree kidnapping was..She said i would get a letter in the mail from homeland security and if i wanted i can get a immigration lawyer. I will be posting a more detailed background of our full story in the General posting area because giving up is NOT an option so i hope to get feed back from everyone to help me Yani and Chanel to be together,
