They took the maximum time possible for every step of the process. Answering emails also took a very long time, and won't answer questions by phone. One idiot made a mistake and almost gave me a heart attack when he couldn't find my marriage licence even though all this info had been forwarded months prior from the NVC. The interview itself went well, once I actually got to the window after waiting for 3 hours past my scheduled appointment time. It's difficult to find parking in the area and the consulate is very hard to find. The set up for the interviews was bizarre - I had to scream through thick glass windows and it was difficult to hear the questions, especially since other people were right next to me going through the same thing. But, I'm in the US now so I guess it wasn't too bad! javascript:emoticon(' ')
