OK....( just to mention, I have been to the embassy numerous occasions, so I had some idea of what to expect )

My appointment time was at 9.30am, but I got a TAXI and arrived their around 8.45am...so I thought Hey, why not be early......maybe I'll be seen early and get in and out...........HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...WRONG

So I entered the embassy and got my ticket, which began with a the letter I, followed by 3 digits.Pretty much 85% of the people in their had numbers which began with the letter N..... so I thought this could take a while.
I wasn't seen until 10.50am.....which at that point I was feeling super tired from having been up since 5am.

So I went to the first window...the guy was pretty cool, he joked with me about my numerous J-1 visas in my passport. I handed over my birth certificate, police check, 2 passport photos, 1 copy of the original I-134, with a letter from my Fiance's work, and had my fingers scanned, then basically sat back down again.

About 11.45 I was called up to another window for my interview.....and I had this really friendly guy who basically asked my to sign a form, mny DS-230 part 2 I think, and re-scan my fingers...we shared some small talk, I think the only question he asked me was " Where are you going to live, and when do you intend to go ".........

Basically what I expected in terms of the meeting with the officials went as planned, but the time I was in their was kinda long, arrived 8.45am done at 11.55am

As long as you have your documents, you should be GOOD
