The interview went ok.
She was asked what my full name is.
Where I work what I do.
How long did we spend together as a couple when we were both in Korea.
Does she know we need to get married within 90 days after her arrival in the USA
However she could not be given approval because she did not have an NBI under the name of her first husband. She did not have a CENOMAR or what ever it is called to certify the first marriage was officially ended. We did not pursue this since it ended in death of the husband. We did not pursue the NBI under the last name of the first husband because she never used that anywhere. Looking back we should have covered all possible bases and not guess or assume.
