I wasn't actually at the interview, as my fiance was the one who had to attend, but from his point of view: it took about 1 hour to get through security (so arrive early!), then he was called to an area where he submitted the I-134 and supporting documents, as well as the original and photocopy of all other documents necessary for the interview. He then was told to sit down and wait until he was called. About an hour later, he was called again, this time for the interview. The man simply asked him if I was there with him, to which he replied, "no, she's in California, probably asleep", and then he asked him where about my address/location was in the city I live, and then he signed the paperwork and that was it! Then he made arrangements to have the visa sent via courier service. One thing the interviewer mentioned - when you go to make your flights, if you have to make a connecting flight in the US prior to your final destination, he warned Gary to have a 5-6 hour layover, as there is a possiblity of being "interrogated" at the point of entry. So make sure to have PLENTY of time between flights when you land in the U.S.!
