Experience at Embassy was good!

Arrived early at 7:30 am and lined up outside. Went through security and sat in a waiting room for a long time. Then, someone announced that anyone who didn't turn in appointment letter should. (That was us and another two folks.) We were the second last to be interview for the day (very hungry), and we were approved! We left around 12:30.

We were called to a window where the lady asked my fiance who was filling for him. He was fingerprinted. She asked for my job letter, I-134 and my tax information from last year. She then went through the papers to make sure that all the necessary documents were there. She told us to take a seat.

A few moments later, we were called to the interview window. He asked a few questions:

1. Where did you meet your fiance?
2. What was she doing in your country?
3. Who asked who out first?
4. Have you met her family? Do they like her?
5. Have you met his family?
6. What have you been doing since she left? (I left the country five years ago.)
7. What do I do in the States?
8. Do I have cold feet?
9. Does he have cold feet?
10. When are we getting married?

Lol. It was kind of fun. He said Happy First Matrimony.

I only give this Embassy a 4 versus 5 because no one told us to turn in our appointment letter. We could have been finished a lot earlier.

We took our famished, happy selves to find some food.
