I copied this review I made from a different immigration site that I made shortly after our interview:
We arrived about a half an hour early and sat in the waiting room to wait. I was very nervous but my husband was less so that helped. After awhile, like 30 minutes, they called us in for our interview. We had it with an older gentlemen who was very dry and seemed stern at first. We walked into his office and before we sat down, we were sworn in. Then we sat down and he opened our file. He began by confirming our personal information and taking my I-94 card as I wouldn't need that anymore. After that, he went through and personally asked me to answer the legal questions on the I-485 application. After that, he joked that he would know if I was lying since the background check had come through and so he already knew all the answers. Then he proceeded to ask about how we met, and asked if we had more documents he could take for his file that showed our shared life together. I gave him a utility bill, our most recent lease, insurance that we have together and some bank statements. He said that this all looked good and said he would give us a letter explaining the results of the interview. He handed the letter to me and as I looked it over, he said that our case was going to be furthered reviewed, but he suspected that it was all going to be fine once the database was updated and I would have my card in two to four weeks. He noticed at the start of the interview we had a photo album, which he looked at because he said he could tell we went to a lot of trouble to make it but that it doesn't qualify as hard evidenced of our shared life like bills and statements. We thanked him for his time and he wished us a good day. I had prepared a lot more stuff as the interview letter listed a great many things that they wanted. It was a little upsetting that he didn't need to see any of them, but not so upsetting because it meant that he trusted our relationship. I was sad we didn't get immediate approval during the interview but by 6 last night I got the magic email from USCIS indicating that Card production was ordered on my I-485 petition! All in all, I think our case was straight-forward and I am happy that it was all sorted out in 127 days. That's pretty lucky, I think.
