I just submitted the review yesterday about the Seattle office, I did not get an answer at the interview but was told to wait for an official letter in the mail in about 2 weeks, however just checked the USCIS website for my case status and it said "Document Production" yayyyy!!! Just 1 day after the interview that is! Good luck everyone!!
