We were informed that Shu Xiu was missing the Non-marital Statement required (a certificate of divorce is not enough. This paper work was provided 1 week later to the consulate and we have been in Administrative Review now for 90 Day. We expect a favorable result however it seem to take a long time for an answer. You can write the consulate but all answers are the same "we will notify you when we complet the process". STILL WAITING!
