The consular officer conducting the interview was very friendly and didn't pull any punches. Points off for efficiency, however, as the total time spent at the consulate was 3 hours, which is a bit excessive. If there isn't enough staff to handle the volume in a more timely manner, then more staff should be hired. Other than that, it wasn't as nerve-wracking as one might expect (but still pretty darn nerve-wracking).
